{ NEW BLOG COMING SOON }
I know I have been saying it for a while now, but I REALLY am going to be launching up my new blog.... ANY... DAY... NOW! I have just been finishing up all the last little details. So to make up for my lack of blogging over the past few weeks, I will launch my new blog with a HUGE groomal post and I even have a few surprises up my sleeve in the days to follow!
I have loved all the encouraging sweet comments and support from all of you bloggers and fellow photographers out there. I hope you will book mark my new blog when it launches and keep on visiting and keeping up with the happenings of Crave Photography!
OK, since every post needs a picture, I will leave you with this one of a very beautiful bride!

{ PHOTOSHOP FRIDAY }
This photo shoot was so much fun! I was excited to play around with my apertures while shooting, and boy what a difference it makes in the look of the pictures. Getting the creamy smooth backgrounds with subject isolation is what it's all about. I have been enjoying the blending modes inside of photo shop. They are a great resource for customizing your look.
I'm soooooooooo behind on blogging right now. Oooodles of weddings and sessions to post in the future! I am also getting really close to launching my NEW BLOG!!!!

Don't you just want to reach in and grab a juicy peach?!!

{ PHOTOSHOP FRIDAY }
This photograph was taken after the sun had gone down!! I am in love with my 85mm 1.4 lens and the light gathering capabilities it has. The ISO on the D700 is very impressive and made it possible for me to be taking pictures that looked as though it was 4:00 in the afternoon as opposed to 9:00 at night! Plus the 85mm gets superb bokeh and creamy tones that are to die for!! I highly reccomend this lens if you can pick one up!! It's been a favorite of mine, perfect for portraits!! Photoshop allowed me to warm it up, sharpen it up, add richness, and lighten areas that needed to be boosted a bit. Photoshop is an amazing and powerful tool!! It makes or breaks ALL of my photos. But that is because I prefer a very processed look and could never achieve what I do without it!
